Día de Pausa en Finca

Four guided hours to slow down, right where you are.

You don’t need experience with meditation, yoga, or retreats to come. This is a real working farm, and for four hours we use it as a tool: you’ll walk, breathe, touch the ground, use your hands, and share a home-cooked meal — simple things that help regulate stress and bring you back to your body.

The flow: a sensory welcome, a short breathing pause, a mindful walk through the farm, time with the animals and daily farm life, a hands-on activity (making tortillas or fresh cheese), a home-cooked lunch, and a simple closing reflection. A facilitator guides you the whole way through.

Good for: people carrying work stress or mental fatigue who want a real pause — alone, as a couple, or in a small group of friends. Not the right fit if you’re looking for adventure activities, a packed itinerary, or a large celebration group.

Includes full facilitation. Does not include transport, lodging, or alcohol.

These experiences are ideal for individuals, couples, families, or small groups. You’ll be guided through nature-based practices such as:

  • Mindfulness & breathwork
  • Forest bathing & emotional regulation
  • Restorative movement or guided reflection
  • Optional food-based rituals (tortilla making, cheese, garden connection)

Scheduling is flexible — but each private workshop is booked on request.
