Day Experiences

A full day to pause, breathe, and recharge

Looking for a reset without an overnight stay? Our Day Experience invites you to spend a full day at MusaSana reconnecting with nature, learning simple wellness tools, and enjoying nourishing food — all in a peaceful, welcoming space.

You’ll join 2 guided experiences (like forest bathing and restorative agriculture) and share a farm-to-table lunch with others on the same path of slowing down and reconnecting.

Want more? On the day of your visit, you can choose to add optional hands-on workshops like tortilla making, cheese making, or restorative yoga for just $10 each (payable at the farm).

Available on select Saturdays and Sundays each month.

Looking for something more personal or flexible?
Our Private Workshops are tailored experiences designed around your needs — whether you’re seeking a few hours of mindful rest, a one-day reset, or a custom mini-retreat over two days.
These experiences are ideal for individuals, couples, families, or small groups. You’ll be guided through nature-based practices such as:

  • Mindfulness & breathwork
  • Forest bathing & emotional regulation
  • Restorative movement or guided reflection
  • Optional food-based rituals (tortilla making, cheese, garden connection)

Scheduling is flexible — but each private workshop is booked on request.

Small, intentional, and grounded in simplicity, each retreat blends mindfulness, nourishing food, and land-based practices to support real transformation.

We open MusaSana to facilitators, creatives, and small groups who want to host their own retreat, workshop, or gathering in a peaceful, regenerative setting.

We provide land, support, and optional add-ons like catering, wellness guidance, or co-facilitation.
