Two People. One Vision. A Farm That Feels Like Home.

Our story begins with soil, silence, and the courage to create something slower. At MusaSana, we cultivate wellness not as an escape — but as a return to what’s essential.

Where It All Began

MusaSana started with a shared dream: to create a space where people could slow down, reconnect with nature, and remember how to live well, without needing to escape themselves or the world.

We believe wellness is not a product to be sold. It’s something ancient, already within us. All we need is space, stillness, and support to access it.

Our Land, Our Roots

Nestled in Costa Rica, our farm is more than a location, it’s a living teacher. Each tree, each path, each morning mist invites us to pause, observe, and feel.

From regenerative agriculture to forest bathing, everything we do is a reflection of our commitment to simplicity, sustainability, and sacred connection with nature.

Who We Are

MusaSana is the shared vision of two people, partners in life and in purpose, who believe that true wellness begins with reconnection: to the Earth, to the body, and to ourselves.

We bring together our two passions:

  • One rooted in psychology and emotional well-being
  • The other in regenerative agriculture and sustainability.

Together, we created MusaSana as a living space where nature, healing, and simplicity come together — not to change who you are, but to help you remember who you’ve always been.

Meet the Founders

Two hearts, one mission, to hold space for others to come home to themselves.

The Earth

Olman Vargas

With a deep love for the land, Olman leads the regenerative farming practices at MusaSana. He believes that food is medicine, and that working in harmony with nature is not only possible, it’s necessary. His approach to sustainability is grounded, practical, and always centered on respect for life in all its forms.

“When we grow with the land instead of against it, we remember that we belong to something bigger than ourselves.”

The soul

Karen Chaves

A psychologist with a gentle, grounded presence, Karen creates the wellness experiences at MusaSana. Her background in mindfulness, nature-based healing, and emotional awareness offers guests a safe and welcoming space to slow down, reflect, and realign with what matters.

“My intention is to help people feel safe in their own bodies and hearts, and to realize that wellness doesn’t have to be complicated.”

What we believe
